Hi Everyone!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My name is Felix, I\u2019m 9 years old and live with my parents in a little village in the lake district called Penny Bridge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is also where I go to School, which is a lot of fun (most of the time)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have a keen interest in cycling across many disciplines, from scary downhill to road racing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year on the 10th September I am going to the Hebrides to take part in a huge Charity bike ride.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It starts in a place called Barra and finishes in Applecross \u2013 It\u2019s over 300 miles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will cycle through 11 Islands, over 6 causeways and use 4 ferries over 5 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The idea for the ride was through my dad\u2019s friend who is organising the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

His name is Tim and his wife was taken poorly with cancer last year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This story made me think of a close family friend who went through a very similar ordeal with her own family last year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019m lucky to be in a position where I can use my love of cycling to raise some money to give back to the Charities and people who helped people like Tim\u2019s wife and my friend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This money can help not only the people who have suffered in the past, but people who are currently going through a similar ordeal with their own family and friends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With help from my own Mum and Dad I would like to raise about \u00a35000 for \u2018Breast Cancer Now\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n
