Our Service to You

It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations please contact us on 01229 585025 or email us.


All our mechanics are Cytech Level 3 Qualified and all bikes leave the shop in line with British Standards BS EN.

After Purchase Services for Bikes Only

All bikes purchased online or in store receive, at 6 weeks from the date of purchase or collection which ever is the later, a free Basic Service (a basic service is described on our website under ‘Workshop’ 

In addition to the above, any full suspension mountain bike will receive free weekend Quarq Shockwiz hire, free tubeless tyre set up and a free guided ride/bike set up session with a guide from Ride Bikes, plus a free Standard Service at 6 months from purchase date or collection, which ever is the later.

Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint for any reason please e-mail us with details. Your complaint will be looked at within 3 working days, subject to any investigation. We aim to resolve your complaint within a reasonable time frame. If this fails, or you wish to go directly to them, you have the option to visit the European Commission.
